This month’s release focuses on reliability, data accuracy, and better user control. We’ve enhanced how venues, events, and members are managed across the platform, while refining interfaces for smoother workflows, faster interactions, and deeper automation.

New Features

• Booking cancellation from Company Back Office: reservations can now be canceled directly from the company back-office.

• Dynamic opt-in on the app signup page: new dynamic opt-in system to collect user consent during registration.

• Payment link email configuration: added a new setting to customize the note_to_guest section in payment link emails for bot v2.

• Activity log on Event: new activity tracking for all actions performed on an event.

• Homepage search bar: added a search bar on the homepage for faster access to content.

Improvements

• Automated reservation & spend ingestion: improved and partially automated ingestion pipeline for more reliable synchronization and data accuracy.

• Unique venue slugs : ensured each venue has a unique slug for consistent data management.

• Async selector component:

  • now displays the venue type,

  • supports inline editing,

  • and includes several performance and UX improvements.

• Domino configuration: business verification list now displays Domino settings.

• Participation status selector: redesigned for better readability and usability in the event participant list.

• Business card in the app : adapted the “View my pass” label for a better UI.

• Business app reservation type: reservation type is no longer preselected by default.

• Venues filter for business : complete redesign of the venues filter for improved navigation.

• Last interaction design: refreshed layout for a clearer display of member interactions.

• Last interaction date update : last interaction date is now automatically updated when a user participates, edit or cancel a participation on event, book, edit or cancel a reservation in restaurant or update their profile.

• Phone number prefill: the phone input field in the app now auto-fills with the correct country code based on the user’s device.

• Event participation management: participations are no longer deleted, they are now marked as canceled to maintain a full event history.

Fixes

• Member search / requests: fixed inconsistencies when searching for members or handling requests.

• Business verifier: improved network error display on the payment terminal app for clearer troubleshooting.

This release strengthens data consistency, enhances automation, and improves traceability across all modules, alongside minor bug fixes, UI refinements, and ongoing visual improvements throughout the platform.
