This month’s release is all about speed, clarity, and member experience. We’ve shipped new features to strengthen membership engagement, delivered smarter analytics for your venues, and streamlined key workflows to save valuable time. Alongside these, we’ve polished the app with targeted improvements and critical bug fixes to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the board.

New Features

• Event deletion: added a button to delete a membership event directly from the back office.

• Booking notifications: variable binding added to customize booking notifications.

• Activity log – Membership: track all actions related to subscriptions.

• Activity log – User: new history of actions performed by a user, the system, or an admin on the user profile.

• Activity log – Membership Profile: direct tracking from a member’s profile.

• Event collections (Membership): create static or dynamic event collections, displayed either horizontally or vertically.

• Long-duration events: display the remaining number of days for events lasting more than 24 hours in the app.

• Membership birthday notifications: automatic generation of a dedicated page in the app, configurable push notifications, and an e-mail sent to membership teams.

• Venue Analytics: new tab to track venue openings in the app, reservations, and related spend.

• Membership event calendar: automatic color coding based on status and fill rate.

Improvements

• Reservation optimization: the check to see if a user already has a reservation on a shift is now done in our database instead of the PMS, reducing response time by 1–2+ seconds.

• Error handling: improved error reporting in the app to make support and debugging easier.

• Availability statuses: updated texts for clearer communication in the app.

• Featured venues: ability to highlight multiple venues simultaneously (horizontal list) and edit them live or in the future.

• Booking confirmation per venue: added venue-specific text in booking confirmation emails.

• Membership onboarding: added a photo upload policy.

• Business module: new display logic for amounts (show PMS Amount if no POS Amount is available).

• Menu & Gallery tabs: moved to the Customize tab for a better user experience.

Fixes

• Role selector on Admins page: fixed a display issue where it appeared truncated.

• Missing translations: added keys for Activate Membership Profile and Activate Business Profile.

• Business module: policy description no longer overflows the card.

• Sevenrooms audience: added an audience selection option for bookings from the business back office.

• Empty clusters: no longer displayed or returned in the app.

• Notification campaigns: fixed an issue where some actions were not properly updated.

This release makes the platform faster, clearer, and easier to use while unlocking new opportunities for membership and analytics.
